Free Online Exercise Videos Resources


I was going to get into shape and I was going to do it for free. I did not have enough money to join a gym or buy any fancy equipment, so I wanted to find free online exercise videos. I did some quick searches online to see what I could find. I was able to find some great information and I was really excited.
I was in great shape years ago, but I had let myself go. I wanted to get back there and I was determined to use free online exercise videos to get there. Since there were so many helpful videos that I found, I knew that I would not have trouble reaching my goal.
I started using the free online exercise videos that I found and I was feeling great. I was getting into shape, sleeping better, losing weight and feeling better overall. My husband liked the change that he saw and decided that he was going to join me. I was happy about that since I loved working out with someone and he would help hold me accountable. I found some great videos that would allow each of us to work out at our own rate and use modified exercises if need be.
We worked out together and it was going great. I really think it was helping us grow a stronger bond and help us get into better shape. Not only that, all the great benefits of exercise were helping us as a couple and helping us in our other relationships.
As we progressed in our exercise journey, I kept looking for free online exercise videos. I found stuff that was pretty hard for us, but we continued to try and we were getting stronger and stronger. It was nice to find so many nice resources online that were free. It was helping my husband and I to get into shape and all without spending any money or leaving our house.
A couple of our friends saw the progress we were making and wanted to know our secret. When we told them what we were doing, they were appalled. They decided to try out the free online videos and see if they could get into great shape like we could.
Along with the videos, my husband and I decided we both wanted to start running. I used to run all the time, but I kind of quit and I regretted it. Our running routine was great and added an extra element that was helpful. It was helping burn more calories, helping our heart and lungs and it made both of us feel great.
Since we were running, we decided to start signing up for races. That would be great motivation for both of us. I asked a couple friends to join us since my husband ran much faster than I did. Luckily, my friends wanted to join me and we ran together, while my husband was able to run his faster pace.
